Acceptable Use Policy
Sam and Baney are for ExtreamAI business use. Prompts are screened, and anything that breaks this policy is paused and sent to an admin to review.
Everyone
- No malware, phishing, unauthorized access, bypassing security or licensing, or harassment.
- Protect intellectual property: don't paste third-party proprietary code or try to copy a competitor's product.
- Keep secrets and personal data out of prompts.
- AI can be wrong. Verify facts, code and numbers before you rely on them.
- Usage, transcripts and costs are visible to org admins for security and billing.
Org Admins
- Invite only people with a business need, at the lowest role that works.
- Review flagged prompts promptly and fairly; transcript access is logged.
- Keep provider keys current and remove keys that are no longer needed.
Team Leads
- Approve agent actions only after reviewing the diff.
- Make sure your team follows this policy and project rules.
Developers
- Never paste secrets, credentials, customer data or personal information. Use redacted samples.
- Review every suggestion before committing; you own the code you ship.
Reviewers
- Use Sam only for the projects you were asked to review.
- Don't export transcripts or code outside ExtreamAI systems.
Guests
- Access is limited and time-bound to the projects you were invited to.
- Don't share anything you see in Sam outside the engagement.
